This participatory peer advisory discussion and demonstration will share information about peer advisory in general terms and demonstrate the issue processing method used by our local membership organization, LoCo Think Tank.

Prerequesites
  • This presentation is targeted to going-concern businesses, with one or more employees in addition to the owner. Others may find value and are welcome.  
There are dozens of ways for a small business owner or startup to gain connections and insights that help them build a successful business. This presentation is focused on peer advisory as a sharpening tool for the small business owner, with stories of accountability and encouragement from the members of our locally-based peer advisory startup, LoCo Think Tank. In the latter half of the meeting, we will process at-large issues from participants, which will demonstrate the power of perspective as it relates to decision making.
