• No prerequisites but come prepared, and you will gain more from this session. However, if you if you already thought about the business plan and decided to develop a ‘venture business,’ you will get maximum value from this session.

The session is set to the ‘Basic’ level, and anybody in the planning stage of the business idea is welcome to attend to receive valuable information. If you are interested in the ‘venture’ business model, you know you will need investments to make your startup business idea to succeed. This means you need to get investors’ attention and interest for your business. There is a standard set of terminology all sophisticated investors expect you to know and understand; you will learn what they are and what they mean. If you have specific questions about the Angel/VC investment terminology, you can get the answers from Dave, who has seen hundreds of pitches and made investment decisions.
