How should I prepare?

• Bring any kind of support material you desire for building your canvas such as a business plan, research materials, etc. You will be given an 11x17 canvas, post-it-notes and pens will be supplied. 

Business model canvases are great tools for outlining your business, prior to creating a full business plan that could be used when seeking funding. For visual thinkers, canvases may be the only business plan you will ever need. Each workshop participant will leave with a completed large format canvas of their own ideas that they will be able to build off of in the weeks ahead. 

This workshop will explore how systems thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset can help public leaders identify innovative solutions to community challenges.
