Join us for this fast-paced, interactive day of creating Business Model Canvases, time-tested templates for building out new or existing business models with a focus on simplicity and execution.

What will I learn?
  •  How to build a business model canvas for your new business or project.
How should I prepare?
  • Bring any kind of support material you desire for building your canvas such as a business plan, research materials, etc. You will be given an 11x17 canvas, post-it-notes and pens will be supplied. 
Business model canvases are great tools for outlining your business, prior to creating a full business plan that could be used when seeking funding. For visual thinkers, canvases may be the only business plan you will ever need. Each workshop participant will leave with a completed large format canvas of their own ideas that they will be able to build off of in the weeks ahead.
