Menyhèrt Böröcz was born in Budapest, Hungary and grow up in Italy. At early age he started learning secrets of the Italian and Hungarian cuisines. He moved to Fort Collins from Italy in 2002 and after working as a "pizza guy" for over 10 years and completing his masters in business management, he envisioned and started La Piadina in the summer of 2013; a food truck that specializes in Italian flatbreads from the Romagna region of Italy. The truck has been slowly gaining more and more piadina enthusiasts and Menyhert hopes that one day the product will be also more known by the mainstream food lovers as well. He is in the process of starting a brick and mortar and in the meantime he also enjoys playing in a few local bands around town.
