Originally from Missoula, MT, Colin Westcott's brewing career started in 1997 as the head brewer of Kettle House Brewing. In 2005, after having brewed in Anchorage, AK at Midnight Sun Brewing, Colin and his wife, Shannon, moved to Fort Collins and opened Hops and Berries home brew supplies. The success of the shop allowed the Westcotts to open Equinox Brewing Company in 2010. Colin's role in the business ranges from oversight of the brewery, assistance with employee management, day to day operations and changing light bulbs.
