Mr. Darryl Flanders is the Founder, CEO and Lead Manager of Progressive Ministry Management based in the British Virgin Islands. Given as a directive from the Kingdom, Progressive Ministry Management was formed based on the ‘#Progression: Forward and Upward’ brand which was the 2017 theme that God laid on his heart. The original plan for the brand was to simply promote positivity through a T-shirt line to encourage and motivate others to strive for moving forward and upward. However, God’s purpose for the brand was to create a management agency that transforms talents into Ministry. Named in March 2017, Progressive Ministry Management manages and elevates artists, authors, and entrepreneurs in the Kingdom of God mentally, physically and spiritually by providing a wholistic development opportunity that focuses not only on their exposure and promotions, but their brand, nutritional lifestyle, and leadership development. His first client, Gabrielle Denae, is an up and coming contemporary gospel artist who released her debut album “Through the Storm” in November 2015. For the said album, she was nominated for 8 Marlin Caribbean Gospel Music Awards, winning the category of “Inspirational Recording of the year” for her song, “Pave the Way”. On April 30, 2017 her discography was further extended to include her single “Jesus Everyday”, a kompa fusion proclaiming the Lordship of Jesus and our responsibility to live for him every day. This EP was afterwards released on June 24, 2017. Other clients include Tracia (Tracee) Petersen, Dylan J, and Oneyke, all based in the British Virgin Islands. Focused on the principle of Proverbs 16:3: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans,” Darryl seeks and surrenders to God all company matters, decisions, and events as he continues to move Forward and Upward.
